Breezeline - They basically refuse to cancel service
Their service is way overpriced and there was finally another option in my area so I called to cancel their service. Had to hold over an hour. When someone finally picked up, they said I had to talk to someone else and they would transfer me. Then they hung up. Happened 3 different times so I know it was not accidental. They also have no email address for customer service. I enclosed a notice of cancellation with my last payment. They deposited the check so I know they got it but they ignored it.

This was my experience. If you have a complaint, all they do is put you on hold or hang up on you.

I called back and complained about being hung up on, after several long holds, I was unbelieveably thrown back into the wait queue that had a wait time of 20 minutes! Now I am worried I won't be able to cancel, which I plan to do if the Video on Demand service isn't restored soon.

This is why I will not set up automatic payments with them. I will physically turn in the equipment (which I will miss because it is the best) and cancel in person.

Poor service

They have outages regularly, more than when it was Atlantic Broad Band. Impossible to reach someone via phone, chat also has terribly long wait lines.

Terrible service

Breezeline is terrible. Service quality has been poor since they took over WOW. Customer service is absolutely worthless. They cant answer any questions or resolve any problems. TV service in my area has been out for two days with no explanation nor any idea when it may be restored. Their CS and website dont even know or acknowledge that theres an area outage. Many others in the area have had the exact same experience.

New. So far a lot of drops, freezes, voice going out, voice and lips not matching

As I said above there's a lot of drops,freezes,voices going out, voice and lips not matching, can't play the at the time...

User's recommendation: Wait till they get their self together, have never come into home to check anything and can rarely speak to anyone. Oh, and cable goes out frequently. But , they do have a nice section of movies.

Constant Tivo issues. Can't ever reach customer service. Over priced.

I'm in Ireland and can not send emails only receive them

Im very unhappy that I can not send emails while Im in Ireland How can this be resolved? I have serious business demands that require email.

This is the worst customer service ever, it wasn't great with Atlantic Broadband but much worse now, I have been without service on anything and it takes them over a week to get someone out

My service went out on 8/4 and I could not get any appointment to fix it until 8/12, unacceptable service

I have internet with them, if and when it's up, here lately it' down more and more, time to make a move. And customer service sucks, so I am looking for new service.

No stars Worst company ever

I was on the phone with a representative explaining my problems and I was a little bit heated because were paying a lot of money for our service and actually getting no extra channels. And suddenly the phone disconnected and we lost contact not only via telephone and our cable was stopped. Is this the way for a company to respond to customer service inquiries?
